AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1504, CHAPTER 15, TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TIME FOR PAYMENT OF THE DELAWARE ESTATE TAX.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1504, Chapter 15, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by striking the words "15 months" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "9 months".
Section 2. Effective Date. This Act shall apply to estates of decendents dying after the date of enactment.
