AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, SUBCHAPTER I AND SUBCHAPTER II OF TITLE 28, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO RACING ARABIAN HORSES AT THOROUGHBRED RACING MEETS WITHIN THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §303 of Subchapter I, Chapter 3, Title 28, Delaware Code„ by inserting between the words "thoroughbred" and "racing" as they appear in the third paragraph, the following:
"and/or Arabian".
Section 2. Amend §328 of Subchapter II, Chapter 3, Title 28, Delaware Code, by inserting between the words "thoroughbred" and "horse" as they appear in subsection (d), the following:
"and/or Arabian".
Section 3. Amend §328 of Subchapter II, Chapter 3, Title 28, Delaware Code, by inserting between the words "thoroughbred" and "racing" as they appear in subsection (m), the following:
"and Arabian".
