AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF MILTON" BEING CHAPTER 501, VOLUME 61, LAWS OF DELAWARE, BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WHICH MAY BE BORROWED IN ANTICIPATION OF REVENUES ON THE FULL FAITH AND CREDIT OF THE TOWN.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 29 (a) (42), Chapter 501, Volume 61, Laws of Delaware, by striking the words "One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000,00)" where it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the words 'Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00)".
