AN ACT TO AMEND CHAVIER 9, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO EXEMPTION OF PERSONS 65 YEARS OF AGE FROM FOOL/FISHING EQUIPMENT PERMIT FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §915(b), Title 7, Delaware Code, by inserting between the sentence ending "under the jurisdiction of this State " and the sentence beginning "Food fishing equipment permit fees apply" the following sentence
"Any resident of this State, 65 years of age or older, who is not a commercial foodfishing licensee, is exempt from the foodfishing equipment permit fees but must comply with all other foodfishing equipment permit procedures and requirements."
