AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14. CHAPTER 84, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION AND RESEARCH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §8403 (1), Chapter 84, Title 14, of the Delaware Code by striking said subsection in its entirety and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(1) No member of the Board shall receive any compensation for his duties or expenses In any such capacity,"
Section 2. Amend §8404, Chapter 84, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (8) to read as follows:
"(8) The admission of 20 (twenty) bona fide Delaware residents into Jefferson Medical College on an annual basis."
Section 3. Amend Chapter 84, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by striking the tcrm "Wilmington Medical Center" wherever it appears in said Chaptcr and by substituting in lieu thereof the term "Medical Ccntcr of Delaware".
