AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 1 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LEGAL HOLIDAYS AND DESIGNATING RETURN DAY AS A HALF-DAY HOLIDAY IN SUSSEX COUNTY.
BE lT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend §501, Chapter 5, Title 1 of the Delaware Code by striking the words "and Return day, the second day after the General election, in 1976" as the same appear at the end of the first paragraph; and substituting the words "and in Sussex County, Return Day, the second day after the General Election, after 12:00 Noon" in lieu thereof.
