AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 42, VOLUME 53, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT AMENDING, REVISING AND CONSOLIDATING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SEAFORD." RELATING TO THE AMOUNT OF TAXES TO BE RAISED IN ANY ONE YEAR.
BR IT ENACTED BY 111E GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two- thirds of all members elected to each Howe thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Subsection A. Section 27, Chapter 42, Volume 53, Laws of Delaware, as amended by striking the figure 1500,000", as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the figure 12,000,000."
