AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 55, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO VESTING FOR STATE EMPLOYEE PENSIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend §5501(b)(6) by striking the phrase "10 years" as it appears therein and substituting In lieu thereof the phrase "5 years".
Section 2. Amend §5523(a) by striking the phrase "10 years" as It appears therein and substituting In lieu thereof the phrase "5 years".
Section 3. This Act shall become effective June 30, 1988.
