AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO NURSERIES AND NURSERY STOCK.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1306, Chapter 13, Title 3 of the Delaware Code, by deleting the following language from the Section's final sentence:
"; or authorize to have the nursery stock inspected and certified by a duly authorized officer or employee of the Department of Agriculture at his or her own expense".
