AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21, OF THE DELWARE CODE RELATING TO THE INCREASE OF REINSTATEMENT FEES FOR DRIVERS WHOSE LICENSES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (three-fifths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 2737, Chapter 27, Title 21, of the Delaware Code by striking the figures "$15" as they appear in said section and insert In lieu thereof the figures
