AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 13, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PARENTS AND CHILDREN.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 7, Subchapter II, §728, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (d) to read as follows:
"(d) If a child is conceived and subsequently born as the result of an act of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse, in either the first or second degree with the mother, the biological father of said child shall not be permitted visitation privileges under this section. This subsection shall apply only where the father pleads guilty or nolo contendre, or is convicted of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse, in either the first or second degree."
