AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO IRREVOCABLE TRUST ACCOUNTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend Subsection § 304(a) of the Delaware Code by striking "$5,000" before the last period and by inserting in lieu thereof "$10,000".
