AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC SWIMMING AND BATHING PLACES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §122(3)(d) of Title 16 of the Delaware Code by adding after the
word "places" and before the semicolon the phrase ", except that no regulation currently existing or hereafter adopted shall require a life guard to be on duty at any pool of any motel or hotel facility".
Section 2. This Act shall become effective January 1,1996.
