HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 3302(9XA), Title 19 of the Delaware Code by striking subsections
"(i) (I)", "(i)(II)", and "(i)(III)" of this section in their entirety and in their place inserting a new subsection (i) to read as follows:
"(i) Any officer of a corporation after December 31, 1995." Section 2. This Act shall be effective January 1, 1996.
