SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2334, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by deleting the date
"September I, 1970r wherever it shall appear therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the date "July 1, 1975".
Section 2. Further amend §2334, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by deleting the date
"September 1, 1971" wherever it shall appear therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the date "July 1, 1975".
