AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE OPENING OF BIDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 69, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by inserting in the first
sentence of §6907 thereof, following the phrase "The bids shall be publicly opened" and before the phrase "at the time and place specified", the phrase "and read aloud".
