AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 9 OF TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELA WARE:
§ 90400(1) of Title 4 of the-Delaware Code is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "$100" us it exists therein and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "$250".
