AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATED TO HEALTH PLANNING AND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Title, 16, Section 9304 of the Delaware Code shall not apply to application number 94-015 submitted to the Bureau of Health Planning by the Mary Campbell Center on December 19, 1994.
