AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 358, VOLUME 69, LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO IMPLEMENTATION DATE OF THE STATE REGISTER OF REGULATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 358, Volume 69, Laws of Delaware, being House Bill No. 611 of the 137th General Assembly, by striking the date "March I, 1995" as the same appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "The State Register shall be implemented six months following the hiring of the Registrar".
