AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ASSAULT IN THE SECOND DEGREE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1, Amend §612(a)(3) of Title 11 by inserting after the phrase "full-time firefighter" the following or correctional officer or sheriff or deputy sheriff".
