AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO IDENTITY THEFT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §854 of Title 11, Delaware Code, by deleting subsection '(d)' of that section in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"(d) Identity theft is a Class ‘D’ felony."
