HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HOUSING AND THE DELAWARE STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4030(a), Title 31, Delaware Code by inserting in the second sentence thereof after the reference to “revenue,” and before the word “and” the following:
“from private contributions by gift or bequest,”.
Section 2. Amend §4030(a), Title 31 of the Delaware Code, by inserting therein, between the first and second sentences thereof, the following new sentence:
“DHSA shall report to the General Assembly on an annual basis any private contributions by gift or bequest received and/or deposited in the Housing Development Fund.”
