AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF DAGSBORO, CHAPTER 138,VOLUME 68, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF DAGSBORO", TO AMEND SUBSECTION (XX) OF SECTION 28, ENUMERATION OF POWERS, BY ADDING AUTHORIZATION FOR IMPOSING "IMPACT FEES" FOR FIRE AND PARAMEDIC SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Subsection (XX) of Section 28, Enumeration of powers, of Chapter 138, Volume 68, Laws of Delaware, as amended, entitled “An Act to Reincorporate the Town of Dagsboro”, by adding to the end of said subsection the following:
‘and/or to contribute to the costs of operations of those volunteer fire companies and/or ambulance companies providing services within the Town.’
