AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 87, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION AND THE REGULATION OF BOXING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8735, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding the following at the conclusion of §8735(b)(4):
“Any such agent, and any of its authorized representatives and employees, shall be treated as an agency of the State and/or a public officer or employee of the State, for purposes of Subchapter I, Chapter 40, Title 10 of the Delaware Code.”
