AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 197, VOLUME 54 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE, THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF REHOBOTH BEACH, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT LIMIT FOR AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OR CERTAIN OTHER OBLIGATIONS WITHOUT REFERENDUM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. Amend Section 40(s) of Chapter 197, Volume 54 of the Laws of Delaware, the Charter of the City of Rehoboth Beach, as amended, by striking "$2,000,000" in each place where it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof "$6,000,000" in each place.
