AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 283, VOLUME 21, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AND AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF LITTLE CREEK RELATING TO ASSESSMENT AND TAXATION".
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Sections 11 and 12 of Chapter 283, Volume 21, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by deleting “Five Thousand ($5,000)” as it appears each time therein and by inserting in lieu thereof each time “Twenty Thousand ($20,000)”.
