AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE
:
Section 1. Amend § 4504 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code redesignating subsections (d), (e), and (f) as new subsections (e), (f), and (g) respectively.
Section 2. Amend § 4504 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (d) to read as follows:
“Notwithstanding any provision or regulation to the contrary, all operators of self-propelled cranes, as defined in § 101 of this Title, shall be allowed to apply for and receive a one-year blanket permit allowing unlimited moves of said self-propelled crane. These blanket permits can be renewed each year. For purposes of this subsection, a blanket permit is an unlimited movement permit for each self-propelled crane owned by an applicant. Said permit shall be issued per the rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Transportation.”.
