AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE BOUNTY HUNTERS AND BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 55, Title 24, of the Delaware Code, by deleting from the title of that Chapter, the phrase “Bounty Hunters/”.
Section 2. Amend §5502, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “‘Bounty hunter’ or” in its entirety from the beginning of the sentence.
Section 3. Amend §5504(a), Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking the words “bounty hunters and” in their entirety.
