AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE FAMILY COURT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §915(d)(1), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the “10” as it appears in the first sentence therein and by substituting in lieu thereof “30”.
