AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ELECTRONIC FILING COSTS IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §9801, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (5) to read as follows:
“(5) Electronic transactions.
In addition to standard fees for any filings or transactions as provided above:
