AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 64A, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §6404A, Chapter 64A, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the words "Department of Public Safety" as they appear in the section title and substituting the following in lieu thereof:
"Department of Safety and Homeland Security".
Section 2. Amend §6404A, Chapter 64A, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the words "Department of Technology and Information" as they appear in the first sentence of subsection (b) and substituting the following in lieu thereof:
"Department of Safety and Homeland Security, Division of Communications".
