AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND COUNTY ADMINISTRATORS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §7004(j), Title 9 of the Delaware code by deleting the word "April" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the word "June".
Section 2. Further Amend §7004(j), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "May" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the word "July".
Section 3. This Act shall become effective January 1, 2011.
