AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CIVIL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 10128, Chapter 101, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection "(f)" as follows:
"When any professional licensing board or commission governed by Title 23, 24, or 28, and listed in § 10161(a) of this chapter, orders, at the conclusion of a hearing, that a license shall be revoked or suspended, the revocation or suspension shall be effective immediately. A written order, pursuant to §10128 of this Chapter, shall be served no later than 30 days after the hearing date."
