AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COURT COSTS FOR CIVIL TRAFFIC OFFENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §805, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (d) of that section and replacing it with the following:
"(d) Court costs shall be governed by Justice of the Peace Court rule, consistent with §9801 of Title 10 of this Code."
