AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 23 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PILOTAGE RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §131(a)(2), Chapter 1, Title 23, Delaware Code by striking paragraph (2) and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(2) The charges per unit shall be as follows:

Section 2. Amend §131(a)(3), Chapter 1, Title 23, Delaware Code by striking paragraph (3) and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(3) There shall be a minimum charge of 200 units and a maximum unit charge as follows:
