HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 1003A(c)(1), Chapter 10A, Title 16, Delaware Code after the phrase "4 infection disease physicians with expertise in infection control," and before the phrase "and 1 representative from the State Division of Public Health" by adding the following:
"one (1) representative of the Delaware Health Care Facilities Association,".Section 2. Amend §1003A(c)(1), Chapter 10A, Title 16, Delaware Code by striking the number "7"; as it appears in the second sentence and substituting in lieu thereof the number "8".
