SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE RELATING TO ASSAULTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. AMEND §612(a)(3) Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting "or a volunteer or full time firefighter or a correctional officer or sheriff or deputy sheriff" and replacing in lieu thereof ", a volunteer firefighter, a full-time firefighter, correctional officer, a sheriff, a deputy sheriff a code enforcement constable or a code enforcement officer".
Section 2. Amend §613(a)(5), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting "or a volunteer or full-time firefighter" and substituting in lieu thereof ", a volunteer firefighter, a full-time firefighter, a code enforcement constable or a code enforcement officer".
