AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY- RESPONSIBILITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2901 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 2901 Motor vehicles exempted.
This chapter shall not apply with respect to any motor vehicle owned by the United States, this State or any political subdivision of this State or any municipality therein or with respect to any motor vehicle which is subject to the requirements of §§ 6101 and 6102 of this title.; however, § 2904 of this chapter shall apply to motor vehicles owned by this State.
