AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PRISON CONTRABAND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1258, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 1258 Escape and offenses relating to custody; definitions.
As used in §§ 1251-1257 of this title:
(1) "Contraband" means any intoxicating liquor or drug prohibited under Chapter 47 of Title 16, except as prescribed by a physician for medical treatment, tobacco, nicotine products, any money without the knowledge or consent of the Department of Health and Social Services, any deadly weapon or part thereof or any instrument or article which may be used to effect an escape.
