AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 349, VOLUME 78 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO DRIVING A VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 2, Chapter 349, Volume 78 of the Laws of Delaware by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
The provisions of this Act shall sunset at the end of June 30, 2014 June 30, 2016, unless such provisions are reestablished by an Act of the General Assembly.
