AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE INDIAN RIVER SCHOOL BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 1068(f), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by striking "term of 3 years" and by substituting in lieu thereof "term of 5 years".
