AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HUNTING, TRAPPING AND FISHING LICENSES.

This bill requires the Division of Fish and Wildlife to collect social security numbers on applications for fishing hunting, and trapping licenses and to make those social security numbers available to the Division of Child Support Enforcement. This bill is required to keep Delaware’s IV-D child support program in compliance with federal mandates.
