AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 AND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OFFICERS OR AGENTS OF THE OFFICE OF NARCOTICS AND DANGEROUS DRUGS.

This bill adjusts language relating to drug agents to maintain consistency in the Code and adds drug agents to the list of police officers who have general Statewide law enforcement authority. Drug agents have police authority, but were inadvertently omitted from 11 Delaware Code § 1911(a).
