AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE CREATING A NEW SECTION, CHAPTER 20, ENTITLED RENTAL CAR INSURANCE LIMITED PRODUCER LICENSE ACT.
This Act will establish a new limited license for insurance sales at rental car counters. Included is a fee imposed for $300 per year per company.
