AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RETALIATORY ACTS.

This Bill amends the Delaware Landlord-Tenant Code by ensuring that tenants who are domestic violence, sexual offense or stalking victims are protected from eviction when they seek services relating to their status as a victim.
