SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

HOUSE BILL NO. 22

AMEND House Bill No. 22 by striking the subsection designations “a.”, “b.”, “(i)”, “(ii)”, “(iii)”, “(iv)”, “(v)”, and “(vi)” appearing on lines 25, 31, 33, 40, 46, 51, 56, and 61 and by substituting in lieu thereof the subsection designations “1.3.1.1”, “1.3.1.2”, “1.3.1.2.1”, “1.3.1.2.2”, “1.3.1.2.3”, “1.3.1.2.4”, “1.3.1.2.5”, and “1.3.1.2.6” respectively.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 22 by striking the subsection designations “a.”, “b.”, “c.”, “d.”, “e.”, “f.”, “g.”, “h.” and “i.” appearing on lines 88, 89, 90, 91, 93, 94, 96, 99 and 101 and by substituting in lieu thereof the subsection designations “2.1.2.2.1”, “2.1.2.2.2”, “2.1.2.2.3”, “2.1.2.2.4”, “2.1.2.2.5”, “2.1.2.2.6”, “2.1.2.2.7”, “2.1.2.2.8”, and “2.1.2.2.9”, respectively.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 22 by striking the subsection designations “a.”, “b.”, and “c.” appearing on lines 117, 121 and 123 and by substituting in lieu thereof the subsection designations “2.1.2.7.1”, “2.1.2.7.2”, and “2.1.2.7.3”, respectively.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 22 between lines 259 and 260 by inserting the following:

“ARTICLE VI [RESERVED]”

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 22 by striking the article designation “VI” appearing on line 360 and by substituting in lieu thereof the article designation “VII”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 22 by striking the subsection designations “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)”, “(d)”, “(e)”, “(f)”, and “(g)” appearing on lines 413, 424, 426, 428, 430, 433, and 435 and by substituting in lieu thereof the subsection designations “7.3.4.1”, “7.3.4.2”, “7.3.4.3”, “7.3.4.4”, “7.3.4.5”, “7.3.4.6”, and “7.3.4.7”, respectively.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 22 by striking the subsection designations “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)”, “(d)”, “(e)”, and “(f)” appearing on lines 458, 460, 462, 463, 465, and 469 and by substituting in lieu thereof the subsection designations “7.6.2.1”, “7.6.2.2”, “7.6.2.3”, “7.6.2.4”, “7.6.2.5”, and “7.6.2.6”, respectively.
