DESCRIPTION: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO
WOMEN'S HEALTH.

ASSUMPTIONS:
1.
Effective
January 1, 2012.
2.
This
legislation establishes procedures for the licensing, monitoring and oversight
of abortion clinics within the state.
3.
According
to the Department of Health and Social Services implementation of this
legislation would require an additional 2.0 FTEs ( a compliance nurse and a
Public Health Administrator).
4.
Out
year cost reflect a 5% rate of inflation.
