HOUSE BILL NO. 312

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 by striking the word “statue” as it appears on line 13 thereof and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “statute”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 85 by striking the word “subsection” and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “section”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 231 by striking the word “paragraph” and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “subsection”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 341 by striking the word “inapplicable” and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “in applicable”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 472 by striking the word “supersedes” and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “supersedeas”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 482 by striking the word “supersedes” and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “supersedeas”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 527 by striking the word “statue” and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “statute”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 530 by striking “4802” and by substituting in lieu thereof “4802(g)(2)a.”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 679 by striking “4101(d)” and by substituting in lieu thereof “4101(d)(7)”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 on line 828 by striking “4191A(b)” and by substituting in lieu thereof “4191A(b)(1)”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 by adding a new section 85 thereto to read as follows:

“Section 85. Amend §4311A, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection “(c)” thereto to read as follows:

“(c) Whoever violates this section shall be fined $500.”

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 by adding a new section 86 to read as follows:

“Section 86. Amend §7001(b) and (e), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “make arrests for violations of” as it appears in those subsections and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “enforce”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 by adding a new Section 87 thereto to read as follows:

“Section 87. Amend §7001, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking the word “fine” wherever it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “assessment”.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 312 by striking Sections 13 and 48 thereto.
