URGING THE SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL TO SUPPORT THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SUSSEX COUNTY. |
WHEREAS, "Pick Sweet Foods" is a agricultural commercial entity seeking the rezoning of certain property in Sussex County Delaware for the purposes of expanding its facilities in the State; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the General Assembly in adopting this Concurrent Resolution to encourage the growth in employment and the State's economy which may be brought about by such expansion;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 141st General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the Senate thereof concurring therein, that the Sussex County Council is hereby encouraged and urged to approve an application heretofore submitted by Pick Sweet Foods to rezone some 80 acres in Sussex County to the L-I-2 zoning classification (Light Industrial 2) facilitating the company's expansion in the State.
