HOUSE BILL NO. 157
AMEND House Bill No. 157 on line 32 by inserting between the words “Nursing” and “who” as they appear therein the following: “ or who is otherwise a licensed allied health professional ”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment adds persons who are licensed allied health professionals in addition to those licensed by the Delaware Board of Nursing to the categories of conduct or persons excepted from the prohibition against providing hypodermic syringes or needles to persons under the age of 18 without a prescription and requiring that hypodermic syringes or needles be disposed of in a manner so as to render them unfit for reuse.
